Mmmmmmmmmmmmm….big, bold reds! Love em. Our Cabernet Sauvignon will definitely surprise you with its notes of cranberry and cherry juice. This wine pairs perfectly together with chicken, pork and beef as well as barbecues and cheese. I’m thinking a nice juicy steak, or a burger dripping that messy combo of juice and melted cheese all over. Some potato salad, or maybe a nice twice baked potato, and grilled veggies, and a second glass of wine. And then maybe a third.
Do I have to mention by now that Phillipe likes to make his wines the old school way? Probably not. We matured this in stainless steel barrels too, so all you’re tasting is that big bold cabernet sauvignon grape, bursting with flavour and aroma. If you look into your glass, you will see a brilliant and deep ruby red liquid. Take a whiff and you will detect red currants, black currant and mocha. Bursting with flavour on the palate, with just the right amount of bitterness at the end as well as notes of cranberry and cherry juice. Serve at: 12/16°C.
